I'm Nicolette — a breath and nervous system strategist, founder of The Curious Rebel, and an advocate for purpose-led, ambitious women refusing to burn out to grow.
After seven years following an invisible thread through courses, certifications, business coaches, Instagram trainings — the expensive ones, the cheap ones, the ones I'm not quite willing to admit how much — I clocked it. The thread had been leading me to the physiological base underneath everything.
My work focuses on what other coaches don't go near — the nervous system, breath physiology, and the layer underneath strategy and mindset. So scaling-stage founders can hold the levels they're building toward, without burning their bodies out to get there.

A BIT MORE ABOUT NICOLETTE
I live near Milton Keynes, home of the most roundabouts in the UK and place of the Concrete Cows. Three kids, two neurodivergent. Twenty-two years of lived experience navigating ADHD and autism in my family before I had the language for what I was working with.
Cheesecake skeptic. KitKat appreciator. I read the synopsis before the film. I work backwards from the cake.
Two Ds in GCSE science. No degree. Seven years following the thread. What I know now would floor the exam boards.
