I’m a mum of three, a relentless learner, and the creator of The Lette Method™ — a system that helps high-performing women rebuild how their body moves so pain stops running the show.
Since 2019, I’ve helped hundreds of women move from restriction to restoration.
Not just through rehab — but through a full-body, belief-led, system-wide rebuild.
